Inter-Club Vs Llanidloes
As Llanidloes could only put out 10 members for the Inter-Club match held on Sunday, 5th June, the Competition was fished in teams of 10, an Osprey member being paired with a Llanidloes member. At the end of an enjoyable day's boat fishing our team weighed in 42 fish for a total of 55lb 14oz, unfortunately the 43 fish weighed in by Llanidloes totalled 59lb 6oz, to give them a winning margin of 3lb 8oz..
The best bag for Llanidloes was Johnny Mac's 8lb 12oz, while Tony Howells produced our best bag at 7lb 12oz.
To round off the day we all enjoyed a lovely meal in the Red Lion in the evening.
